SHIPPING All orders are processed within 1-3 business days but we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your Sula items to arrive. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY If one of your items is out of stock we will contact you via email with an estimated ready date. If you prefer not to wait - although good things come to those who do wait - please email us back at orders@sulabeauty.com and we will credit your account. Where's my Sula? If you have not received your order within 10 days of purchase, please contact us. Ensure you have your invoice number on hand so we can track your order. Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your Sula product, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Sula Beauty accepts only those returns that are accompanied by the original receipt and in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Product cannot be overly used. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. There is no refund on Shipping and Handling and of course we can only accept returns from purchases made online.
